A graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering, Manisha has been recognized on the Dean’s List and awarded the UBC Outstanding International Student Award.
Her professional experience spans across Canada Post Corporation, Hemmera, and ALS Geochemistry—where she has led efficiency-driven projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. At Canada Post, she led cross-functional teams to eliminate bottlenecks and improve production quality, achieving a 15% increase in efficiency and 20% waste reduction.
With Hemmera, Manisha worked extensively on site assessments, environmental remediation, and technical field operations throughout British Columbia.
