Manisha Subramaniam is a dedicated Lean Six Sigma Consultant & Trainer with a strong foundation in process and environmental engineering. A graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering, Manisha has been recognized on the Dean’s List and awarded the UBC Outstanding International Student Award.

Her professional experience spans across Canada Post Corporation, Hemmera, and ALS Geochemistry—where she has led efficiency-driven projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. At Canada Post, she led cross-functional teams to eliminate bottlenecks and improve production quality, achieving a 15% increase in efficiency and 20% waste reduction.

With Hemmera, Manisha worked extensively on site assessments, environmental remediation, and technical field operations throughout British Columbia. She also developed strong analytical and project management skills, contributing to groundwater sampling programs, safety planning, and data reporting using ESDAT software.

Manisha’s technical expertise extends to lab operations, having started her career as a Laboratory Assistant at ALS Geochemistry. Her academic achievements include a capstone project that integrated Lean principles into a hydrogen production plant design—reducing capital expenditures by 10%—as well as notable work in carbon capture feasibility and environmental innovation.

She holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (IASSC), PROSCI Change Management, and BasicMOST (Accenture). She is also trained in WHMIS and Occupational First Aid (Level 1).
