Responsibilities

• Required for Malaysian and Australian operations.
• Manage inter-company accounts, general ledger, assist on month-end closing and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
• Liaising with clients and vendors on supporting documents and assist in the verification process.
• Ensure proper tax filing for parent and subsidiary companies, including management of consolidated management accounts.
• Liaison with company external accountants, company secretary, and all stakeholders concerned.
• This position will entail reporting in accordance with Malaysian and Australian accounting principles.
• Existing incumbent Accounts Executive and Admin will report to this position.

Requirements

• Recognised Diploma / Degree in Accounting or professional qualifications (CIMA, ACCA or MICPA / LCCI)
• Accounting software such as CFM, AutoCount, MYOB etc.
• High level of proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Possesses good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all level of staff.
• Good command of English

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the creation and preparation of all artwork / designs for promotion, marketing, advertising, product catalog and company website.

Responsibilities

• Leading Lean Six Sigma projects at client site to achieve the desired business results and support clients to conduct the Operations and Process Transformation
• Collaborate with process owners and process leads to create a culture that creates better decision making by applying Lean Six Sigma methods and tools
• Help clients develop Operational Strategy (Business Process Re-engineering) and create core competencies
• Lead and train client teams in the use of Lean Six Sigma tools and processes and assist them in solving complex process problems
• Developing Business Process Architectures to support business strategies and objectives
  Supporting Business process design, implementation and improvement initiatives Designing end to end, current state and future state process flows
